The outreach aims to provide an insight on UNSCR 1373 mandate of monitoring, promoting and facilitating the implementation of Security Council resolutions and identification of Sanction Evasion activities.

The session will cover the new technologies and trends that can be used by terrorist or terrorist organization to support terrorist acts and the best practices in tracing, freezing, and confiscating the terrorist’s assets.

Finally, the session includes recommendations on actions that assist the government sector to enhance the implementation of UNSCRs 1373 obligations and assets confiscation procedures.
