The Executive Office of the Committee for Goods Subjected to Import and Export Control celebrates the UAE's Flag Day

The Executive Office of the Committee for Goods and Material Subjected to Import and Export Control celebrated this morning on the occasion of the UAE’s “Flag Day”, where His Excellency Talal Mohammad Al Tunaiji, Director of the Executive Office and members of the Office participated in the ceremonies to raise the flag of the United Arab Emirates in front of MoFAIC Office in Dubai, and the flag salute was rendered in an atmosphere that embodied the highest meanings of loyalty and belonging to the homeland and wise leadership.

 

The celebration of the "Flag Day" comes in response to the invitation of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, May God protect him, for the people of UAE, ministries and local governments to raise the UAE's flag unified on the 3rd of November each year. The ceremony also coincides with the anniversary when his Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE, “May God protect him” took over the reins of power in the UAE.
