His Excellency Talal Al Teneiji, Director of the Executive Office for Control and Non-proliferation (EOCN), and His Excellency Faisal bin Sulaiten, Executive Director of the Dubai Economic Security Center, signed this morning a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) aimed at enhancing coordination and cooperation between the two parties in the application of targeted financial sanctions related to combating the financing of terrorism, arms proliferation and detecting evasion of sanctions.
