Apply for Service
The Executive Office for Control and Non-Proliferation issues permits related to import/export/re-export/ transit of armored vehicles and related spare parts and armored glass intended to be used for security or humanitarian purposes.
Note:
Armored vehicles include land, marine and amphibious vehicles.

The service can be requested online from your registered account in the EOCN website.
Type of Permit:

Prerequisites
- Register and activate your online account.
- The company’s trade activity must be relevant to the requested service.
Procedures
- Login to your registered account
- Choose the permit type and fill the form
- Upload required documents
- Pay the fees and submit the request
- The e-permit will be sent to your registered account once approved.
Notes:
- You may be requested to provide additional information/ documents online.
- Applications can be submitted through Armoring companies
Required Documents
- No objection certificate from the relevant diplomatic mission in the UAE.
- End user certificate
- Copy of original invoice
- Vehicle pictures (inside and outside)
- Specifications of the vehicle and equipped solutions.
- For government entities:
- A letter form the government entity whom requested the vehicle(s).
- For exhibitions abroad:
- No objection certificate from exhibition organizers.
- Armoring company undertaking letter to return vehicle(s) to the country.
- For individuals:
- Copy of passport attested by the relevant diplomatic mission in the UAE.
