The outreach session aims to increase the understanding of the private sector towards the FATF international standards and specifically recommendation number 15, and an overview of Virtual Assets Service Providers Counter Terrorist Financing programs.

This session will focus on the latest development and updates related to virtual assets and how the private sector can use the Blockchain to collect information and analyze the financial transactions.

Finally, the session will provide case studies and typologies that show how the criminals can use cryptocurrency in TF & PF activities.
